As we have seen, since PES 2015, Konami have really been refining the engine introduced in PES 2014 and now PES 2017 (and 2018) are really great, and I think 2018 will be the best ever. Imagine 2019 :p 2013/14 season was a rough year for football games. FIFA 14 was garbage, with heading as bad as PES 2017 but no redeeming factor in the gameplay.
It looks to me that wining points in PES 2018 are short lobbing pass and long through pass in comparisons to Fifa they have short pass and team work oriented.
